The design inspiration for this floating pump stems from countless rescue scenarios encountered along riverbanks and beneath bridges-specifically, the challenge of enabling a pump to "float" itself directly to the deepest part of the water source.

Always Floating at the Optimal Water Source Position. The core logic behind this pump is simple: it floats autonomously. We utilize fully sealed flotation materials to securely anchor the pump body at the ideal operating depth just beneath the water's surface. While your crew lays out hoses on the shore, this pump-much like a small boat-floats steadily on the water, several meters away from the bank. Its bottom-mounted intake features a built-in strainer that effectively prevents the ingestion of aquatic vegetation and debris, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the water for cleaning-a solution that is both safe and efficient.

Technical specifications can be dry, but the data behind them represents the confidence derived from actual combat readiness. For the FTQ4.0/20 model, at a rated pressure of 0.40 MPa, the flow rate reaches an impressive 1,240 liters per minute. What does this signify? During a simulated urban flood drainage exercise, our floating pump was deployed into a flooded area with a water depth of just one meter. Upon activation, it utilized its inherent buoyancy to remain stably in position; drawing water through a large-diameter DN80 intake, it rapidly discharged the floodwaters via a DN65 outlet, achieving a maximum lift head of 88 meters. Crew members can effortlessly control the pump's start and stop functions from up to 300 meters away using a remote control, thereby eliminating the risk of electric shock associated with wading through water.

From Factory Floor to Fireground. The engine powering this floating pump is a four-stroke, air-cooled gasoline unit-selected only after rigorous testing-to ensure stability during prolonged operation. The entire floating pump unit has a net weight of just 64 kg, allowing it to be easily lifted and transported by two people. We offer three starting methods-electric start, remote start, and manual start-and the unit comes equipped with a maintenance-free 12V battery, ensuring rapid startup in any operational environment.
