This is arguably the most "meticulously engineered" product in our factory's lineup. Why do we say that? Because at Mingxin, we demand that every single portable motorized fire pump we produce must achieve the standard of "priming on the first attempt, delivering water instantly."

Anyone who has ever operated a water pump knows that the priming stage is most vulnerable to air leaks. To address this specific issue, our engineers have implemented specialized reinforcements in the pump body design. This pump boasts a vacuum sealing performance of 0 kPa-meaning its sealing system is exceptionally reliable. Furthermore, its integrated priming device is capable of generating a maximum vacuum level of up to 86.5 kPa. In practical operation, the operator simply needs to complete a few basic startup steps, and the pump unit will complete the priming process in a remarkably short time. Our test data indicates a maximum priming time of just 17.35 seconds-far below the industry standard-thereby saving precious time during critical firefighting operations.

Power is another standout feature of this pump. It is equipped with a Lifan 190F engine, delivering an output of 15 HP and providing the pump unit with ample power reserves. Under rated operating conditions-specifically at a suction depth of 3 meters-the flow rate reaches 10.50 L/s, while the outlet pressure remains stable at 0.60 MPa. Even under demanding conditions, such as drawing water from a depth of 7 meters, the flow rate remains above 5.25 L/s, with the outlet pressure holding at no less than 0.60 MPa. Thanks to this robust performance, the pump successfully passed the type testing conducted by the Shanghai Fire Research Institute under the Ministry of Emergency Management, fully complying with the GB 6245-2006 standard.

The total weight of the unit (including lubricants and fuel) is kept to approximately 58.12 kg, making it incredibly convenient for two people to lift, load onto a vehicle, or transport to a designated location. With the need for rapid emergency deployment in mind, we have ergonomically positioned all operating handles and connection ports within easy reach. From the moment you unbox the unit to the moment it begins discharging water, absolutely no tools are required to facilitate the process.
