In 2019, we conducted a field test at a chemical industrial park in Jiangsu. The simulated fire source was located in a transformer room-specifically, energized electrical equipment-which meant it could not be directly doused with a solid stream of water. A tester entered the area carrying this high-pressure fine water mist gun; utilizing only the mist-spraying mode throughout the operation, the fire was extinguished in just 3 minutes and 20 seconds, leaving the equipment completely intact.

Following that event, we refined the product's classification by changing a single word: we shifted its designation from "firefighting equipment" to "firefighting tool." This distinction reflects our philosophy: "equipment" can feel cold and impersonal, whereas a "tool" possesses a tactile quality-a specific "feel" in the user's hands.

While this model shares the same core platform as our previous portable version, their intended applications differ significantly: this model places a greater emphasis on sustained operational capability. The fluid reservoir boasts a capacity of 15.2 liters-nearly 3 liters more than that of the portable model. In continuous-spray mode, it can operate uninterrupted for over 6 minutes. For rescue operations requiring deep penetration into structures and navigation through complex fire zones, those extra two minutes can make the critical difference between a successful retreat and becoming trapped.

The unit complies with the XF1298-2016 standard. Controlling the spray gun's recoil was the aspect of the design that required the most extensive fine-tuning on our part. The final specifications were established as follows: in mist-spraying mode, the muzzle recoil is kept within a limit of 12 Newtons. What does this mean in practical terms? An average person can hold the gun steady using just one hand.

Regarding the back panel design, we increased the density of the foam padding in the lumbar support zone. Given the total load of 31 kilograms, uneven weight distribution around the waist would make a user want to discard the gun after walking just 50 meters. Through rigorous field testing, we verified that even under full load, a user can carry this unit continuously for 800 meters while maintaining a comfortable level of shoulder and lumbar support.
