Portable Water Fire Extinguisher

At the Mingxin Firefighting testing grounds, we frequently hear customers ask the same question: "Is there a piece of equipment that allows you to move fast *and* strike with precision?" This portable fine water mist gun is our answer.

It is remarkably lightweight. Even when fully loaded with extinguishing agent, the entire unit weighs just 29.7 kilograms. During actual field tests at our factory, a single firefighter was able to retrieve the unit from a vehicle and prepare it for discharge in as little as 18 seconds. What does this signify? It means that firefighters can rush into the scene sooner-before the fire has a chance to spread.

The unit complies with the XF1219-2016 *Fine Water Mist Gun* standard-the baseline requirement that all our products must meet before entering our inventory. We spent a full three months meticulously refining the design of the backpack assembly. The curvature of the shoulder straps and the breathability of the back panel were engineered using custom molds, specifically tailored to the average physique of domestic firefighters. During several provincial-level firefighting drills in which we participated, the most common feedback we received from team members was: "I ran a full lap with it on, and the straps didn't dig into my shoulders at all."

Operating the spray gun is straightforward. A single handwheel allows for seamless, on-the-fly switching between a direct stream and a fine water mist. When encountering electrical fires, simply switch to mist mode; for deep-seated fires, switch back to the direct stream to strike directly at the core of the blaze. No need to swap guns; no need for any secondary operations.

The gas cylinder interface utilizes the standard G5/8 thread. This makes it fully compatible with the interfaces found on the vast majority of air breathing apparatuses (SCBA) currently on the market. In the heat of a fire scene, this means a teammate can instantly replenish your air supply from their own cylinder-without having to wait for backup to arrive.

Regarding safety, we have implemented a three-tiered protection system: a pressure relief valve prevents the gas cylinder from being overfilled; a flow control valve prevents excessive water discharge that could lead to flow interruption; and a low-water protection device automatically cuts off the gas supply the moment the liquid reservoir runs dry. This specific feature was added following a detailed post-incident analysis of a factory fire in our local Taizhou area. During that incident, a firefighter unknowingly rushed into the burning structure with an empty tank, attempting to fight the fire with a "dry" gun. Now, through the design of our product, we help users avoid falling into that same trap.
