Product Overview
This product is a 15-meter three-section fire ladder, available in multiple models: TSL15, TSL15-A, TSL15-B, TSL15-C, and TSL15-D. The main body is made of aluminum alloy, while the TSL15-B model uses aviation-grade aluminum alloy.
The 15m Triple Extension Ladder complies with the XF137-2007 Fire Ladder standard, has passed type testing by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and has obtained CCC certification from the Fire Product Conformity Assessment Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management. All models have passed inspection.

Basic Parameters
The working length of each model is 15 meters, with a tolerance of ±0.3 meters.
The minimum ladder width for all models is 350 mm, with a tolerance of ±4 mm.
Each model has a corresponding allowable weight tolerance.

The rung spacing is available in two specifications:
- TSL15 and TSL15-C: 300 mm (±2 mm)
- TSL15-A, TSL15-B, and TSL15-D: 340 mm (±2 mm)

The overall weight varies by model:
- TSL15: 86 kg
- TSL15-A: 58 kg
- TSL15-B: 54 kg
- TSL15-C and TSL15-D: 68 kg
The rungs and side rails fit tightly, with no looseness or jamming. The metal rungs are anti-slip. All fasteners are vertically aligned and securely tightened, with no protruding nail heads, sharp edges, or burrs.
The rivets are firmly secured, and the rivet heads are flat and semi-circular. The outer surface of the ladder is smoothly polished and free of burrs.
All metal parts are galvanized and coated with non-conductive paint. The coating is evenly applied, without missed spots or runs.

Accessories Configuration

The side rails are equipped with angle gauges that accurately indicate the angle between the ladder and the ground.
The support legs are made of metal and provide stable support during operation. The limiting device is reliably designed and functions properly during extension and retraction.
The 15m Triple Extension Ladder is equipped with support rods that are securely fixed to the base sections, ensuring stable support.
Performance Indicators
After horizontal bending and rung bending tests, the residual deformation ratio remains extremely low and far below the standard requirements.
The connections between the rungs and side rails, as well as the rungs themselves, can withstand shear forces without failure during testing.
During the warping test, all ladder feet remained in contact with the ground.
The torsion angles of the ladder sections meet the required standards. The forward and reverse torsion angles of all models do not exceed the specified limits.
During the extension sliding test, the ladder feet did not shift on the test surface.
Load and Impact Resistance
After the load test, the single support leg and connecting fittings showed no loosening, damage, or deformation.
The maximum cantilever bending deformation of the side plates was extremely low, indicating strong structural stability.
After the lateral sway test, the residual deformation ratio remained far below the standard requirements.
The two side supports were able to simultaneously and stably support the second and third ladder sections at any working height. During the safety test, the support legs did not move outward from the steps.
The 15m Triple Extension Ladder demonstrated good impact resistance. During testing, the support legs functioned normally, and no significant deformation or damage occurred to the support legs or rungs.
