Basic Product Information
This product is a 9-meter two-section fire ladder, model TEL9. The main body is entirely made of aluminum alloy. It is manufactured in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the XF137-2007 Fire Ladders standard.
The aluminum telescopic ladder has passed type testing conducted by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and has obtained CCC certification from the Fire Product Conformity Assessment Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management. All test results meet the required standards.

Structural Robustness
- The horizontal bending residual deformation ratio ranges from 0.030% to 0.036%, which is far below the standard requirement of 0.30%.
- The rung bending residual deformation ratio is 0.088%, meeting the standard requirement of no more than 0.5%.
- The rung shear strength meets the standard requirements; no breakage occurred at the connection between the rung and the side rail, nor in the rung itself during testing.
- During the warpage test, all ladder feet remained in contact with the ground.
- The torsion angles at the rung joints are 8.0° in the forward direction and 8.5° in the reverse direction, both within the specified limits.
Stable Usage Performance
During the slippage test, the aluminum telescopic ladder feet did not shift on the test surface.
After completion of the single-leg load test, the support legs and connecting fittings showed no loosening, damage, or deformation.
The maximum cantilever bending deformation of the side rails was 1.2 mm for both inward and outward bending, which is well below the standard requirement of 5 mm.
During the lateral sway test, the residual deformation ratio reached a maximum of 0.043%, meeting the standard requirement of no more than 0.3%.
The aluminum telescopic ladder demonstrated good impact resistance. During testing, the support legs functioned normally, and no significant deformation or damage was observed in the support legs or rungs after the test.
Detailed Workmanship and Configuration
The rungs and side rails fit tightly, with no looseness or jamming.
The metal rungs feature anti-slip surfaces to ensure safe use.
All fasteners are securely tightened and free from protruding nail heads, sharp edges, or burrs.
The rivets are firmly fixed, with flat, semi-circular heads.
The outer surface is smoothly polished and free of burrs. All metal parts are galvanized and coated with evenly applied non-conductive paint, without missed spots or runs.
The side rails are equipped with angle gauges to accurately indicate the angle between the ladder and the ground.
The support legs are made of metal and provide reliable support during operation. The limiting device operates reliably during extension and retraction.
A nameplate is affixed to the right side rail, displaying key product information. An instruction manual is included.
