Product Overview
This product is a 9-meter, two-section bamboo fire ladder, model TEZ9. The main body is made of high-quality bamboo and conforms to the XF137-2007 "Fire Ladder" standard. The Bamboo Fire Ladder has passed type testing at the National Fire Equipment Quality Inspection and Testing Center and has obtained CCC certification from the Fire Product Conformity Assessment Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management. All test results meet the required standards.

Core Specifications

The working length is 9 meters, with a tolerance of ±0.2 meters. The minimum ladder width is 300 mm, with a tolerance of ±3 mm. The step spacing is 340 mm, with a tolerance of ±2 mm. The overall ladder weight is 41 kg, with a tolerance of ±2 kg. The product dimensions are standardized, and the weight is suitable for firefighting operations and handling.
Material Features
The side panels are made of natural bamboo, which is both strong and lightweight. The steps are also made of bamboo, matching the side panels for a high degree of fit. The support legs are made of 6463 aluminum alloy, ensuring stable support. The combination of bamboo for the main body and metal for auxiliary parts achieves a good balance between environmental friendliness and durability.
Structural Stability
The Bamboo Fire Ladder's horizontal bending residual deformation ratio is at most 0.11%, well below the standard requirement of 0.30%. The step bending residual deformation ratio is at most 0.17%, meeting the standard requirement of ≤0.5%. The step shear strength meets the standard, with no signs of breakage at the connections or on the steps themselves. During the warping test, all step feet remained in contact with the ground. The torsion angle of the stair section is ≤11° in both forward and reverse directions, within standard limits.
Stable Usage Performance
During the slippage test, no step feet shifted on the test surface. After completing the single-leg load test, the support legs and connecting parts showed no loosening, damage, or deformation. The maximum cantilever bending deformation of the side panels was ≤1.5 mm internally and ≤1.3 mm externally, indicating minimal deformation. The residual deformation ratio in the side sway test was ≤0.09%, far below the standard requirement of 0.3%. The ladder exhibits good impact resistance: the support legs functioned normally during the test, and no significant deformation or damage occurred to the legs or steps.
Workmanship Details
The steps and side panels fit tightly, without any loosening or wedging. Metal and bamboo parts are seamlessly joined, requiring no additional filling. Fasteners are installed vertically, without protruding nail heads, sharp edges, or burrs. Rivets are neatly fastened with standard semi-circular heads. The outer surface is smoothly polished, and the bamboo has an orange-yellow finish. Metal parts are galvanized or painted. The surface is coated with uniform non-conductive paint, without any missed spots or runs.
Opening and Closing Design
The Bamboo Fire Ladder uses a two-section telescopic structure, making unfolding and retraction simple. The limiting device is reliably designed, ensuring stable fixation after unfolding without loosening. The metal support legs provide secure support on the steps during use. The product is easy to operate and suitable for rapid deployment at firefighting sites.
Included Labeling and Accessories
The side panel features a dedicated nameplate clearly displaying the product name, model, and other key information. The ladder is labeled with clear warnings and official certification marks where applicable. A dedicated instruction manual is included to guide proper operation and maintenance. Packaging and markings comply with relevant standards, facilitating transportation, storage, and identification.
