In designing this product, we prioritized two key objectives: "high visibility" and "reliable impact absorption." We have fitted the perimeter of the air cushion with fluorescent warning strips that emit a conspicuous glow in low-light conditions or at night. This ensures that personnel on the ground can clearly identify its location, while those jumping from above can accurately pinpoint their target. The center of the landing surface is marked with a high-contrast color, and the safe landing zone is delineated by reflective strips. The fabric used for this air cushion features flame-retardant properties with a rating of 26, fully complying with the F631-2006 standard. At our facility in Taizhou, we conduct rigorous random sampling tests on every incoming roll of PVC-coated fabric to guarantee consistent flame-retardant performance. The fabric thickness has been increased to 0.35 ± 0.02 mm, resulting in enhanced abrasion resistance and durability. The total weight is carefully controlled at 75 ± 2 kg, striking an optimal balance between structural integrity and ease of handling.

We have also equipped the air cushion's exhaust vents with a dual-redundancy pressure relief system. This design facilitates a smoother release of air the instant a jumper makes contact with the cushion, thereby minimizing the risk of rebound injury. Actual test data demonstrates impressive deceleration figures-20.98g for the head, 20.47g for the chest, and 20.11g for the pelvis-indicating a gentle and stable cushioning process. Furthermore, with an inflation time of just 53.74 seconds, the unit can be rapidly deployed immediately upon arrival at the emergency scene.
