Regular deep maintenance should be scheduled based on usage frequency and environmental conditions. For frequently used equipment, a comprehensive inspection is recommended monthly, including pressure testing to verify pipeline pressure resistance, nozzle orifice diameter measurement and atomization pattern comparison, and torque recalibration of connectors. For guns not in use for extended periods, drain any internal water, disassemble moisture-sensitive parts, store them separately in a dry, well-ventilated area, and seal them to prevent accelerated aging caused by high temperatures, extreme cold, or strong acid/alkali gases.
